Public, on the other hand, is the hash created from this Server Seed, which guarantees that Server Seed was unchanged from the start of the lottery. The second variable involved in the draw is the latest hash of the Binance BNB block at the time of the draw. Such a solution guarantees that all data affecting the draw is public and independent of anyone. After the draw, you can verify that everything went according to the Provably Fair algorithm by python code that is published on the website.
