• Q4 2025

  Phase 1: Presale & Core Development

  This foundational phase focuses on early fundraising and incentivizing the community while building the protocol’s technical foundation. Key Deliverables: Token Presale Launch presale to raise funds for development, security audits, and protocol liquidity (with permanent LP lock commitment). Publish complete tokenomics and vesting schedules. Provide a transparent fund allocation breakdown (% Liquidity, Audits, Marketing, Operations, Reserves). Initial Development Begin smart contract coding: lending pool logic, interest rate models, liquidations. Design protocol-specific integrations for Soneium (oracle feeds, pricing, etc.). Develop vesting and distribution contracts in preparation for TGE Set up backend infrastructure and dashboards. Release the official whitepaper.

• Q1 2026

  Phase 2: Public Testnet (Soneium Testnet)

  This phase focuses on deploying and testing the core protocol on the Soneium testnet for public interaction and stress testing. Key Deliverables: Deploy all smart contracts to the Soneium Testnet. Allow users to: Supply and test collateral. Borrow and repay. Trigger liquidations. Simulate staking mechanics (staking will go live after TGE on mainnet). Activate E-Mode and Isolation Mode logic. Test vesting contracts to ensure accurate presale token distribution. Run feedback-based bug bounty and community testing program. Complete external audit of contracts before mainnet launch.

• Q2 2026

  Phase 3: Mainnet Launch on Soneium

  The production-ready protocol will go live on the Soneium Mainnet, supporting real assets and user liquidity operations. Key Deliverables: Deploy audited smart contracts to the Soneium Mainnet. Launch initial markets. Enable: Lending & borrowing. E-Mode for correlated assets. Isolation Mode for new/riskier listings. User-driven liquidations. Initiate Token Generation Event (TGE) and begin token distribution according to vesting schedules. Launch $SONX on DEX at $0.35 with permanently locked liquidity pools. Launch Sonarix Insurance Fund (v1) for basic risk coverage. Onboard oracles for real-time asset pricing via Soneium-native integrations.

• Q3 2026

  Phase 4: Governance & Cross-Chain Expansion

  In this phase, Sonarix will become more decentralized and integrated with other parts of the Soneium and broader Web3 ecosystem. Key Deliverables: Launch Sonarix DAO, enabling SONX governance token utility for community voting. Community-driven control of protocol parameters (LTVs, caps, listings, etc.). Expand supported assets with tailored risk configurations. Pilot cross-chain deployments or bridges (e.g., Soneium ↔ other EVM-compatible chains). Expand the Sonarix Insurance Fund to cover additional risk events, with SONX stakers participating in underwriting for rewards.
