ChainEsport is the first MiCA-compliant, skill-based esports platform built on BNB Smart Chain. We are creating a transparent ecosystem where verified EU/EEA players aged 18 + compete in PvP matches for USDC prizes secured by smart-contract escrow — no gambling, no tokens, only skill. The platform uses a decentralized node network that distributes 2 % of all platform fees between the company treasury and verified node holders. A total of 420 nodes will be issued: 50 nodes available at 1,000 USDC during the early reservation stage, 10 nodes allocated to company partners and the core team, and the remaining 350 nodes offered at 1,250 USDC each. Every node represents participation in ChainEsport’s infrastructure reward model and is issued as a non-transferable soulbound NFT to verified holders. As of today, only 39 nodes for 1,000 USDC remain available for reservation during the early stage, with growing demand from EU-based blockchain partners and gaming enthusiasts. ChainEsport SIA is a legally registered company in Latvia. The company has successfully completed full KYB verification through Sumsub, has been issued a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), and operates under MiCA compliance. The LEI registration is maintained within the Nasdaq system. Our smart contracts are under active development by Axioma, while the legal department has been expanded with an external legal partner specializing in gaming and MiCA law. The company is currently hiring a community manager to support community growth and communications ahead of the testnet launch.
